Mark your calendar. The staff of Pearl District Tattoo will be at Dixie Tavern in Portland on July 24, 10pm-Midnight. Come meet the artists, check out our work, and if you have ink from us….. show it off!! We will be there handing out free temporary tattoos, and you can enter to win “Portland’s Best Tattoo Contest”.
