I got my first tattoo from Rev. Doug Auld at Pearl District Tattoo, and I’m so happy with his work.
First of all, he was able to translate the design/text I wanted, and was incredibly patient with my vague mumblings about this and that.
Rates were very reasonable (especially compared to SF Bay Area prices), the place was impeccably clean, and it was relatively easy to get to via the bus.
And best of all, I really love my tattoo.

I dropped by on 26 Nov for an inquiry about my first tattoo. Doug greeted me and we went through everything about tattoos,etc. As a runner, I wanted a running themed tattoo on my right leg above the ankle. So I came back later in the day with my Web found design and with some slight modifications, decided on the perfect tattoo. Doug does great work and made the time go by soo fast.
